No, you don't and no booking ahead is required, unless you are in need of a gym induction, which can be arranged by calling our reception team. Do I need to be a member to attend one of your classes? No, you don’t. Non members are welcome to attend any of our classes and can book via our Reception Team up to one week in advance. We do require payment on booking, so you will need to have a credit/debit card to hand when you phone.
What is the minimum age to use the gym? The minimum age for gym use is 12, however we are currently at our maximum junior members.
Our soft play is designed for children aged 0–12 years, however entry is based on height rather than age. The maximum height limit is 140cm and below. This helps ensure the play area remains safe and enjoyable for all children.
Each child’s entry includes one free accompanying adult. Any additional adults are charged at £2 per person. This helps us maintain safe capacity levels while ensuring families can enjoy the session together.
