If you like the idea of a little variety in your workout, Circuits will be perfect for you, as it’s just like the fitness class version of musical chairs - you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 2 minutes, and then move on to another!
All exercise stations will be set out by our Studio Instructors, and explained to you at the beginning of the class. Each time the Instructor shouts out it’s time to move on.
The fast pace and constant switching between exercises tackles all major muscle groups, making Circuit training both an effective strength training and aerobic workout.
