Jasmine Darnell

When it comes to exercise, I am aware that everyone is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to take a holistic approach, altering the primary focus of using exercise for aesthetics to become a non-negotiable tool for improving performance and overall health. I want clients to develop a newfound love for moving their bodies, celebrating what they capable of achieving. I believe this is much more beneficial for our physical and mental health as well as for the longevity of sustaining a healthy balanced lifestyle.

I pride myself in my ability to create a professional but personal relationship with each client I work with, able to relate to all who find health and fitness overwhelming or have struggled with aspects of life that affect our habits!

I have been a competitive sportswoman, mastered many practises but also suffered injuries that hinder performance.

Years of experience has shaped my confidence as a well- rounded professional that strives to educate clients of the mental & physical opportunities health & wellbeing offers.

My business slogan is "Supportive Health Improvement" which is exactly what each individual deserves when taking action on behaviour change. My ethos is to simplify the building of healthy habits, encourage sustained progression, and nourish each clients lives with skill mastery and the ability to take control of their training themselves.

Naomi Purvis

Stepping in to a gym in 2014 it became apparent very quickly that strength & endurance training was a huge passion of mine. Since then I have become stronger both mentally and physically. As a competitor in the world of bodybuilding it has assisted me to advance my knowledge of health & fitness.

I feel passionate about helping others feel good. I believe when you feel good, life feels better. As a personal trainer my aims are to assist others in reaching their fitness goals, to increase their strength as well as their confidence, and to help them maintain a well balanced, healthy lifestyle.
