As an experienced and skilled personal trainer I will motivate, educate and support you in achieving your goals, giving you the tools to be a healthier, happier version of yourself.
Having managed various injuries throughout my career, I will ensure you get an effective, safe and enjoyable fitness experience. In your initial session I will:
• Assess current lifestyle • Record a movement screening
• Log performance test • Take body stats • Set goals
I will then design you a complete and tailored session plan, with progressive programmes that will keep challenging you throughout your journey.
