Jasmine Darnell

When it comes to exercise, I am aware that everyone is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to take a holistic approach, altering the primary focus of using exercise for aesthetics to become a non-negotiable tool for improving performance and overall health. I want clients to develop a newfound love for moving their bodies, celebrating what they capable of achieving. I believe this is much more beneficial for our physical and mental health as well as for the longevity of sustaining a healthy balanced lifestyle.

Louise Marshall

As an experienced and skilled personal trainer I will motivate, educate and support you in achieving your goals, giving you the tools to be a healthier, happier version of yourself. 

Having managed various injuries throughout my career, I will ensure you get an effective, safe and enjoyable fitness experience. In your initial session I will:

•  Assess current lifestyle     •  Record a movement screening     
•  Log performance test       •  Take body stats        •  Set goals

I will then design you a complete and tailored session plan, with progressive programmes that will keep challenging you throughout your journey.
