Louise Marshall

As an experienced and skilled personal trainer I will motivate, educate and support you in achieving your goals, giving you the tools to be a healthier, happier version of yourself. 

Having managed various injuries throughout my career, I will ensure you get an effective, safe and enjoyable fitness experience. In your initial session I will:

•  Assess current lifestyle     •  Record a movement screening     
•  Log performance test       •  Take body stats        •  Set goals

I will then design you a complete and tailored session plan, with progressive programmes that will keep challenging you throughout your journey.

Martin Goldsworthy

I have been in the fitness industry for over nine years, studying and working alongside clients to help improve their health and wellbeing. Graduating in 2012 with a BSc (Hons) Sports Performance and Coaching degree has given me the knowledge, confidence and wide range of skills to help all levels of fitness abilities.

I have recently returned from working on 6-star cruise ships for 2 years, and have been growing Goldsworthy Personal Training since being back.

I have worked with clients who want to improve fitness, increase lean muscle mass, drop body fat & weight loss. All the above may reverse or lower your medication intake by improving diet and exercise.

I have a strong passion and motivation to help individuals who are looking to improve their image and to change their lifestyle for the better. I offer no quick solutions but look for long term health and gradual improvements in health and vitality.

Tim Ridge

Since graduating in 2014 with an Honours degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Gloucestershire, I have had the pleasure of working with high-end athletes. These include England Women’s Hockey team, Gloucestershire All Golds Rugby League team, and I spent 2 years working for Redruth Rugby club.

In addition to my work within sport I have over 5000 hours of clinical experience, and am currently working in two Sports Injury Clinics, one of which is run from Carn Brea Leisure Centre!


Whether you have a stiff neck from sitting at a desk all day or have low back pain during heavy deadlifts, I can help you! Common complaints I treat everyday:
