Our Swim School is one of the largest in Cornwall, offering supportive and structured environment where children can build confidence and develop essential swimming skills. Led by highly experienced, qualified teachers, and lessons provide a great foundation for swimmers of all abilities.

We run group lessons everyday during term-time, starting from as young as 3 months old, with a clear progression pathway.

Pre-school lessons:
- AquaBabies 0-18 months
- Aqualots 18 months - 3 years
- TinyTots 3-4 years

School-Age Stages:
Stage 1 Seahorses (Approx 4-7 Years)
Stage 2 Penguins
Stage 3 Polar Bears
Stage 4 Seals
Stage 5 Dolphins
Stage 6 Whales
Stage 7 Sharks

Children who are already able to swim 10 metres will be assessed to ensure they are placed in the most suitable stage.
In addition to group lessons we also offer:

One to one lessons - perfect for swimmers of all ages to improve technique, stamina and confidence.

RLSS Rookie Lifeguard - a fun and educational course offering children the opportunity to learn lifesaving skills with full qualified instructors.

Intensive Lessons - Ages 4 years + - Running during the school holidays, a half hour swimming lesson every day for a week can really accelerate your child’s swimming and water confidence as well as burning off plenty of energy!

One-to-One lessons: available every week throughout the year

Children’s ‘Learn to Swim’ termly course - *£7.50 per 30 minute lesson
Children’s ‘Learn to Swim’ Rookie Lifesaving termly course - *£8.50 per 60 minute lesson
Children’s ‘Learn to Swim’ Synchronised Swimming termly course - *£8.00 per 45 minute lesson
Adults ‘Learn to Swim’ 6 week course - *£12.50 per 60 minute lesson
*All prices are based on booking a block of lessons and not as individual one-off lessons
