If you want to become a Lifeguard, there is no better venue for Lifeguard training in Cornwall than Carn Brea Leisure Centre Trust.
Our three RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification Trainer Assessors have years of experience behind them, and are now dedicated to providing excellent training to new comers as well as seasoned veterans.
The course is completed over five days (Monday – Friday), usually between 8.30am and 5pm.
During this time you will complete theory work in our own private conference rooms, and practical work in our 25m swimming pool and 3m diving pool.
The final assessments are then completed on the sixth day (Saturday), normally in the morning.
The cost of the course is £270, which includes all manuals, paperwork, and the final assessments. As part of this fee you will also receive AED qualification.
Our next course will be running from Monday 6th October - Friday 30th OCtober - Final Assessment - Saturday 31st October 2020.
