Conference Rooms
Our purpose-built conference venue offers two rooms: Trescothick, which can accommodate up to 45 delegates based on a theatre-style layout, and Penberthy, which can accommodate up to 30 delegates.

Both rooms are available to hire for the following costs:

• Full Day £185 inc VAT
• Half Day £100 inc vat
• Hourly £40 inc vat

Included as part of your booking is unlimited tea/coffee, all the equipment you should require (projector, screen, flipcharts, etc.) plus superfast broadband Wi-Fi access.

Catering
All our catering is provided by our on-site Cafe Team. We have two buffet options to chose from, but are happy to discuss any other requirements you have, including any dietary requirements.  

Light Lunch Buffet:

• Selection of sandwches
• Crisps
• Homemade cakes

Standard Buffet:

• Selection of sandwiches
• Crisps
• Pasta salad
• Fruit platter
• Homemade cakes
