If you love the idea of an energetic class that burns lots of calories, but are nervous about getting started, Cardio Bike for Beginners is a great place to begin.
The classes offer a slightly gentler version of our standard Cardio Bike classes, and our Instructors will make sure that you feel right at home.
In most cases people attend the beginners’ classes for a few weeks before moving on to the main classes, but you are welcome to take part for as many classes as you wish until you feel completely ready.
