A Boxercise class focuses on upper body conditioning, toning of your arms, chest and abs. It also includes some lower body exercises as well as improving cardiovascular fitness so is considered a perfect training workout.
Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical class may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.
As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, Boxercise is a safe, effective and fun workout for all abilities.
