A highly charged energetic workout based around various fitness stations. This highly motivational class will improve cardio-vascular endurance and strengthen muscles to the max.


Cardio Bike


An indoor cycling programme for developing cardiovascular capacity. Burning up to 750 calories in one 45 minute session. Cardio Bike is a favourite of those wanting to reduce body fat.
Choose from our Cardio sessions in Studio 2 throughout the week - an extra early session is available on Wednesdays with Nicky at 0700.


Body Attack   


A cardiovascular interval training programme that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilization exercises.


Body Combat    

  
An exercise class to music combining moves and stances from a range of self defence disciplines like Karate, Tai Chi, Kickboxing and Tae Kwondo into a fending, fighting routine.


Body Step

A simple, athletic and fun working using a height adjustable step. Great for toning rhw lower body and increasing cardio fitness.
