Soccer School

For children who are mad about football, our Soccer School is one of the best in Cornwall - you don't have to sign up to a team, as we operate independently of local football clubs, so they can learn at their own pace, with no pressure to make the team!

Carn Brea has an experienced team of coaches ranging from Level 1 to level 2 F.A. Coaching Badges.

The Centre has both indoor and outdoor facilities - which mean that our Soccer School provides regular weekly sessions, throughout the year, irrespective of the weather. This is particularly important as the sessions are planned to focus on different skills throughout the term. The sessions are scheduled for every Saturday during school and holiday time 0900 - 10.30.

The sessions are planned to teach all area of the game skills, techniques and tactics.

Our aim is to teach through play and team work.

The children will be coached in field positioning, defending, midfield work and attacking through various drills.

Our skilled coaching team encourage team play, respect and importantly to enjoy the game.

We build confidence within a team environment; encourage the children to have confidence with the ball and as an individual player, but with no pressure to perform.
