Do you find it hard to relax?

It’s not all about muscle pumping and running on a treadmill. We have a range of activities that encourage your body to stretch and tone in a balanced way. Relax your muscles in our sauna, and de-stress in a Yoga, Pilates or Body Balance class. We can help your body regain its centre, balance and calm.

Always catching colds, flu and generally felling “run-down”?

Moderate exercise is proven to boost your immune system. So long as you’re not under the weather to start with it can make you feel better. Swimming is one of the best ways to build up your fitness levels, and we have a super Aquafit programme that requires no swimming ability to participate.
We also offer swimming lessons for adults at the centre. Swimming can lower blood pressure, it uses all muscle groups and the water has a cushioning effect to make the exercise gentle. One to one swimming lessons are also available. Please call for more information.
