Cardio Bike
An indoor cycling programme for developing cardiovascular capacity. Burning up to 750 calories in one 45 minute session. Cardio Bike is a favourite of those wanting to reduce body fat.
Choose from our Cardio sessions in Studio 2 throughout the week - an extra early session on Wednesdays is with Alex at 0700.
Body Attack
A cardiovascular interval training programme that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilization exercises.
Body Combat
An exercise class to music combining moves and stances from a range of self defence disciplines like Karate, Tai Chi, Kickboxing and Tae Kwondo into a fending, fighting routine.
