Due to the nature of our business, (The Centre is a Charitable Trust and as such receives no funding from the local authority) it is necessary for us to ensure that all our classes are filled to ensure that we receive maximum revenue.
Over the last 12 months more than 1000 users did not attend studio classes they had booked, but had not cancelled. This led to frustration for other users who could have attended but didn’t as the class appeared full. In addition the Centre lost much needed income.
Therefore it has become necessary to introduce a charge for users who book a class and fail to attend without giving the centre notice of cancellation. The "no show" fee of £4 will be applied across all missed classes.

A debt will accrue on your account if you do not attend a class you are booked for, and you will be asked to pay the charge before being able to book or attend any further classes.
